Paypal & Credit Card Payments
For Paypal and Credit Card Payments, please use the following form below. Be sure that you already made an order in our shopping cart. After you finished your order you will receive an Invoice via Email. Please take note of the invoice number and amount due in that email and fill-out the form below.
If you did not receive the Invoice in your email, please check your junk/spam folder or else please contact us using the details in the contact page . For web and software project clients, please coordinate with your project manager so that proper billing invoice will be sent to you.
Processing of orders will be processed within few hours or 1-3 working days upon validation and confirmation of payments.

Offline Bank/Check/Money Transfer Payments
Payment Details are indicated in your invoice. Order will be processed upon clearing of the check or when cash payment has been received and confirmed.
Refunds
For Paypal/Credit Card Payments via Paypal. We will refund the exact amount less the service charge deducted by paypal and send it back to your paypal account.
For Bank Payments. We will refund the amount less bank and service charges incurred in sending the payment back to you.
Please take note that Domain Name Registration/Transfer Fee is not refundable but you can request transfer to your new host.
Note: Other deductions might apply and deducted from your refund to cover up company effort and expenses.
